PREVENTION

A sad and sometimes startling fact regarding emergencies is that many of them can be prevented. Most preventative measures are easy to do and take just a few moments of your day to implement. Others may involve a long term lifestyle change. Either way, the benefits outweigh the alternatives.

Here, in order, is a list of the most common causes of death in the US. Click on the item for ways to help prevent potential emergencies or premature death from occurring due to these causes.

  • Malignant Neoplasms (Cancer)
  • Cerebrovascular Diseases (Stroke)
